Samsung has finally announced to roll out Android 7.0 Nougat to Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. Most probably, you get OTA update on your smartphone and waiting for all the new features coming in the next version. Prerequisites: First you need to download BoBCaTROM firmware for Samsung Galaxy S7 edge G935F and save it on your computer. Noted that do not extract the contents, moreover, Download Google Apps Package.

  1. Connect Samsung Galaxy S7 edge to your computer via USB cable and copy the zip file to your phone’s SD card.

  2. After transferring the zip file to SD card disconnect the USB cable connection and power off your Galaxy S7 edge.

  3. Boot your mobile device into recovery mode by switch off the phone Moreover, pressing and holding Volume Up + Home + Power buttons simultaneously.

  4. You need to perform an Android backup of your current OS by going Backup and restore > Backup on ClockworkMod recovery.

  5. You need to wipe data tasks by going recovery menu and select wipe data or factory reset and confirm the process.

  6. Go to recovery menu and select Install zip from SD card followed by choose zip from SD card. Now locate the firmware you installed from SD card and confirms the flashing process.

  7. To getting new custom ROM, get back to main recovery menu and reboot your Galaxy S7 edge G935F. If you are booting your device first time, then it can take few minute to complete the process.
