The War of the best Smartphones of 2016: Who won the ultimate battle?

2016 has seen it all, coming towards its end: the best Smartphones!

It’s the end of the year, but the ‘wow factor’, which was initially missing, has finally arrived-last but not the least! The technological wow factor, which has always been an unavoidable highlight-each successive calendar year-is here, finally. And it’s none other than the biggest tech war, straightly among the biggest tech giants-a real ‘cut-throat’ one at that. The significance of all this is huge, for you-the consumers! The more deep the battle goes on, the more better choices for the people! It’s obvious that the moment this year ends up, the battle will only get intensified in terms of all that is happening in the Smartphone universe. Here, I am going to talk about the official face-off, going on, between Apple iPhone 7 Series, Samsung Galaxy S7 line-upend the just appeared, Google’s own Pixel Series. But the one common factor which makes them equal is the price tag-yeah, they are going to cost your pocket-high and a bit seriously.

The company has tried many times to establish itself as the superior Smartphone brand in the past with its Nexus line, but it was all for the disappointment as that didn’t work out as expected. Well its android OS cannot be doubted, as it is already a champion among many out there. Still, in the hardware section, the company wanted to get more higher as compared to its contemporaries. And I have to admit that for the first time, Google has in the most real sense given the world an amazing offering in the form of Pixel! Google’s newly launched Smartphones Pixel and Pixel XL are undoubtedly fantastic. Design is simple yet catchy (nice fight with iPhone here), performance is smooth. And yes, the camera guys! The most finest camera till date, with Google ticking every box correctly, for making a phone that can take clear-cut, beautifully captured pictures.

Talking about the specs, the Pixel comes with a 5inch full HD display screen while the Pixel XL has a 5.5inch Quad HD display. Both the version are packed with a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 processor. The pre-installed storage capacity of Pixel is 32 GB while the Pixel XL has huge 128 GB of memory capacity, with a 4 GB of RAM. The ultimate thing, that is, the camera is having a 12.3 MP lens at its rear side, and the front one possesses an 8 MP lens, for both the versions. The OS is the latest one from Google, Android Nougat.

Samsung’s stylish Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge

Before I say anything about the Galaxy S7 series from Samsung, I would like to keep one minute silence for the Note 7-the very ‘hot’ Smartphone till now, from the company. Well, the heating issue was the major reason for its, mostly negative feedbacks. Nonetheless, the latest series of S7. Galaxy S7 gives a tight fight to its other two competitors, iPhone 7 and Pixel, in almost every sense possible. Yet, the foremost and the most important difference that sets it apart from others, is the curved edge! The dual curved edge design factor gives the S7, a slight ‘edge’ over its rivals.

The phone goes even stronger, when it comes to the specifications’ part. While the S7 comes with a quad HD 5.1inch display, the S7 Edge has a quad HD 5.5inch of screen resolution. The rear camera for both the versions is having a 12 MP lens with flash while the front one is of 5 MP. There are claims that it takes up brilliant photos in low-light also. Well, yes it does captures some really good images in the dark too. A serious challenge for iPhone 7 here, friends. Going further, the S7 and S7 Edge possess a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Exynos 8890 Octa-core processor, making the performance, including all the multitasking, more fluent and faster than before. The internal storage for S7 is 32 GB and for S7 Edge, it’s 64 GB with 4 GB of RAM for both. That can be extended to a whopping 256 GB!The software platform is supported by Android Marshmallow. It’s a great phone, no doubt, which is an able contender for the top spot.

Apple’s desirous iPhone 7 and 7 Plus!

The above mentioned two premium smartphones are well made, well crafted (and well priced too), which means, that everything has been well planned by the two companies, that can, in all the aspects, overtake Apple. So, does that seems to happen, in actual? No denying of the fact that Samsung and Google, both have worked hard-in fact, very much-this time to gather all the curious eyeballs on themselves. Still, the light rays cannot get overshadowed, right? Same can be said about Apple. As it happens to be, the most ultimate eagerness of each year is when any new edition of the iPhone series is announced. That makes it simpler for all to get it straight, that the most talked-about phone every year, is Apple’s. Now, what’s new this time? Probably, a few things-but extraordinarily.

Apple has launched iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus with some major additions, being done to the Plus version. The 7 comes with a 4.7inch screen display while the 7 Plus possesses a 5.5inch of screen resolution. And the companies says that what makes the screen resolution distinct from the iPhone 6 and 6S, is the enhanced brightness and colour gamut which that improves the visibility, even in direct sunlight. The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus is powered by the A10 Fusion chip for an unparalleled and fluidic performance, with a 2 GB of RAM for the 7 and an increased 3 GB for the 7 Plus. Not much behind, is the camera part, in which Apple says that, it has transformed the ongoing standards being used in the phone cameras. There is a front 7 MP FaceTime HD camera lens in both the versions; while the rear one in iPhone 7 is of 12 MP. And the biggest add-on is in the 7 Plus version where Apple has introduced a rear camera with a dual lens having each one of 12 MP. It captures truly wonderful pictures which can be zoomed in without letting the image quality being disrupted, in anyway. Moreover, the camera takes some very breathtaking shots in low-light also. So, no need to be afraid of the dark from now on.

Hence, the ongoing extreme battle is sure to give a favored result for the consumers because all is good for us as far as the innovation in technology is concerned. All three of these are right players in their own phone making style. So, let it be and wait for some more surprises to come next!
